Working with OB Architecture, Strata Design prepared landscape planning proposals for a private residence within the highly sensitive Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Featuring a combination of retained historic features, a natural swimming pool and naturalistic planting the scheme significantly enhanced the habitat and wildlife value of the site.
Replacing an ecologically sterile concrete pad, the natural swimming pool formed an attractive central feature to the courtyard, with attendant wildlife and reduced maintenance benefits.
A 3D printed model of the proposals was printed inhouse to further communicate the design intent.
